Alison Litt, Attorney-At-Law
Alison has been an active attorney in the Massachusetts state and federal courts for over twenty-years. Attorney Litt saw the need for driven, dedicated, experienced Family Law attorneys and skilled mediators whereby in 2020 she opened her own law firm, mediation office and has loved it ever since.
Alison started her law career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Government Bureau/Trial Unit defending the Commonwealth in civil litigation matters.
After going through her own divorce, Alison made a vow to help others not only facing divorce but also facing paternity actions, child welfare actions and mediation. Alison knows first-hand the feeling of uncertainly, fear and chaos that family law can bring to ones life and how important it is to have counsel who is dedicated, driven and educated to lead a person through this period of time.
Alison knows family law issues are daunting and emotionally draining. With this in mind,

Attorney Litt is a trained and skilled Mediator and Conciliator in MA since 2020. She is also a private attorney for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in their Children and Family Law Division.
Attorney Litt received her Juris Doctor in 2002 from Seton Hall Law School located in her home state of New Jersey and her Bachelors’ degree in Political Science from Union College in 1999.
Attorney Litt is a member of the Women's Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Middlesex Bar Association , MA Council on Family Mediation.
Alison lives in Metrowest MA where she is raising her three children and Mini Australian Labradoodle.
