Alison Litt brings her skills and knowledge in litigation with a background as an Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Unit to focus on family law. After going through her own personal divorce, Alison saw the need to help others feel heard and represented. Attorney Litt encourages clients to detach from the divorce process so that they can focus on their future which consistently takes a back seat.

Attorney Litt has an extra passion for representing victims of domestic violence. It is through this passion that Attorney Litt joined the panel for Journey to Safety, JFCS which represents victims of domestic violence in low bono cases.
Attorney Litt is a chair for the Middlesex Bar Association, belongs to the Women's Bar Association, Women's Bar Foundation, Boston Bar Association, Middlesex Bar Association and Starting out Solo. Alison takes cases pro bono as a mediator with Metrowest Mediation. Further, Attorney Litt is listed as a Limited Representation Attorney with the Norfolk and Middlesex Probate and Family Courts.
Attorney Litt received her Juris Doctor in 2002 from Seton Hall Law School located in her home state of New Jersey and her Bachelors’ degree in
Political Science from Union College in 1999. Alison moved to MA in 2002 where she is raising her three children and Mini Australian Labradoodle.
